In recent years Derek has led the profitability turnaround of a €50m insurance division, launched a highly successful business for a client pursuing a government regulatory opportunity, and led the implementation of a major telecommunications development for a leading global transport company. The common denominator has been the need for highly directed action in complex and challenging environments, coupled with a very strong financial focus.
